District Information Tab

This tab has three sections: District Information, Director Information, and Hearing Officer.

District Information Section

District Code, District Name, and Current Fiscal Year are automatically filled in.

• District Code and District Name are established under licensing and cannot be edited here.

• Enter an address in the Address 1, Address 2, City, State and Zip Code text fields to be used for letters.

• Enter the contact information for the Director (or enter any title in the Title field) and Hearing Officer in the appropriate text fields.

  • The names and addresses on this screen may be inserted into notification letters.

• Click the button when complete.
